He had a wet dream and prayed without performing the ritual bath, fearing the time would expire

The second question of Fatwa No. ( 15904 )
Q 2: A person traveled to a country other than his own, then wanted to return. On that night, he had a wet dream. He was sleeping with people, one of whom he knew. The weather in that country was extremely cold, so he could not perform the ritual bath. The flight time conflicted with the time of the Fajr prayer. He then boarded the plane, and upon arrival, the time was before sunrise. So he performed the ablution and prayed, fearing the time would expire, and he was still in a state of major ritual impurity . He was also traveling from the country he arrived in to a second town at the same time he arrived. What is required from your eminence is whether his prayer without the ritual bath is permissible, or whether he must repeat the prayer, and in this case, what should he do, with an explanation of everything that follows from such a situation? At the end of the letter, I thank you for the efforts you make in responding to the letters of Muslims. May Allah reward you a thousand times for us, may Allah preserve you, and thank you.
A 2: It is obligatory for the person mentioned to repeat the prayer; because he prayed while in a state of major ritual impurity, and he did not perform the ritual bath.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
