Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of Fatwa No. ( 19773 )
Q6: If a soldier experiences a wet dream while sleeping, and immediately moves to an incident just before the Fajr prayer, and he fears that the time for the Fajr prayer will end , what should he do?
A6 : One who is in a state of major ritual impurity due to a wet dream or otherwise, it is not permissible for him to pray until he performs the full ritual bath from the major ritual impurity, even if he fears that the time will end
if he is able to access water; because Allah the Exalted said:
And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselvesوَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا
[Al-Ma'idah 5:6]
. And if he is unable to use water, he performs dry ablution with pure earth and prays. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
