The third question of Fatwa No. ( 14737 )
Q 3: I work in one of the companies, and sometimes during work the time for prayer enters, and I am at my post, and I may forget it
so that the prayer is missed from me, and sometimes if I leave work for the sake of prayer, my supervisor imposes a penalty on me for leaving work, so what should I do knowing that the supervisors are both Saudi and non-Saudi?
A 3: It is obligatory for the Muslim to perform the prayer in its time in congregation, and it is not permissible for him to delay it, nor to be absent from the congregation of the Muslims. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
