Delaying the prayer from its time due to work in the farms

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 18850 )
Q 1: We have a month in the agricultural seasons called: (Al-Ulwan), in which the men and women who work in agriculture go out to harvest the grass, which is: (Al-Ulwan). They go out to work from sunrise to sunset, and they neglect the Zuhr and 'Asr prayers. Since the women are the majority in the work and are shy of the men, the important point is that these people do not pray at the time. When Maghrib comes, they pray Zuhr, 'Asr, and Maghrib at one time. So how should they act, and what is your advice to them?
A: It is not permissible to delay the prayer from its time except for the traveler and the sick person who intend to combine the prayers by delaying them. As for the resident who is in good health, it is obligatory for him to pray every prayer in its time, and work is not an excuse for taking the prayer out of
its time. So what these people mentioned in the question are doing is not permissible; rather, it is a great evil. It is obligatory for them to repent to Allah from it and not to return to such a thing. Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.إِنَّ الصَّلاَةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَوْقُوتًا
[An-Nisa 4:103]
, meaning that they are obligatory at specific times, and it is obligatory to perform them in those times, and it is not permissible to take them out of them. So they must repent to Allah and not return to such an action. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
