The first question of Fatwa number ( 21683 )
Q 1: I have a collection of noble hadiths, and I would like to verify their authenticity:
1 - Qutaybah and Sufyan ibn Waki' narrated: Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Rawasī narrated from al-Hasan ibn Salih from Harun Abu Muhammad from Muqatil ibn Hayyan , from Qatadah from Anas who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Indeed for everything there is a heart, and the Qur'an's heart is Ya Sin. Whoever recites Ya Sin, then for its recitation, Allah writes for him that he recited the Qur'an ten times.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2887Da'if (Darussalam)
. Abu 'Isa said: This is a strange hadith; we do not know it except from the hadith of Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman in Basra , and they do not know it from the hadith of Qatadah except from this route. Harun Abu Muhammad is an unknown shaykh. Abu Musa Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Sa'id al-Darimi narrated to us, Qutaybah narrated from Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman with this. In this chapter, there is a report from Abu Bakr al-Siddiq , but it is not valid due to its chain of narration, and its chain is weak. In this chapter, there is also a report from Abu Hurayrah in (Sunan al-Tirmidhi ), and there are no repetitions of this hadith. 2 - Sufyan ibn Waki' narrated, Zayd ibn Hubab narrated, from 'Umar ibn Abi Khas'am , from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir , from Abu Salama , from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever recites Ha Mim Ad-Dukhan during the night, in the morning seventy thousand angels seek forgiveness for him.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2888Da'if (Darussalam)
. Abu 'Isa said: This is a strange hadith; we do not know it except from this route, and 'Umar ibn Abi Khas'am is considered weak. Muhammad said: It is a denounced hadith (al-Tirmidhi narrated it exclusively).
al-Tirmidhi). 3 - Narrated to us Nasr ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Kufi , narrated to us Zayd ibn Hubab , from Hisham Abu al-Muqdam , from al-Hasan , from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever recites Ha Mum Ad-Dukhan during Friday night, he shall be forgiven.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2889Da'if (Darussalam)
. Abu 'Isa said: This is a hadith we do not know except from this chain, and Hisham Abu al-Muqdam is considered weak, and he did not hear al-Hasan from Abu Hurayrah , as stated by Ayyub , Yunus ibn 'Ubayd , and 'Ali ibn Zayd (al-Tirmidhi al-Tirmidhi reported it uniquely). 4 - Narrated to us Muhammad ibn Bashshar , narrated to us Muhammad ibn Ja'far , narrated to us Shu'bah , from Qatadah , from 'Abbas al-Jashmi , from Abu Hurayrah , from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said:
Indeed, there is a surah in the Qur'an with thirty verses that interceded for a man until he was forgiven, and it is "Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion"إن سورة من القرآن ثلاثون آية شفعت لرجل حتى غُفر له، وهي تبارك الذي بيده الملك
Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 19:52
. Abu 'Isa said: This is a good hadith (from the Sunan of al-Tirmidhi ). 5 - Narrated to us Haraym ibn Mas'ar al-Tirmidhi , narrated to us al-Fadl ibn 'Iyad , from Layth , from Abu al-Zubayr , from Jabir ,
it was the Prophet’s custom not to go to sleep till he had recited “ A. L. M The sending down,” (Qur’ān, 32) and “Blessed is He in whose hand is the kingdom.”
Mishkat al-Masabih 2155
. Abu 'Isa said: This hadith was narrated by more than one person from Layth ibn Abi Sulaym in this manner, and it was narrated by Mughayrah ibn Muslim from Abu al-Zubayr from Jabir , from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in similar terms, and Zuhayr narrated: I said to Abu al-Zubayr :
Did you hear from Jabir ? He then mentioned the hadith, and Abu al-Zubayr said: I was only informed by Safwan or Ibn Safwan , and it seems that Zuhayr objected to this hadith being from Abu al-Zubayr from Jabir . Narrated to us 'Unad , narrated to us Abu al-Ahwaz , from Layth , Abu al-Zubayr , from Jabir , from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in similar terms. He said: Narrated to us Haraym ibn Mas'ar , narrated to us Fadl from Layth , from Tawus who said: They are seventy good deeds better than every surah in the Qur'an (from the Sunan of al-Tirmidhi , and there are no repetitions for this hadith). 6 - Narrated to us Muhammad ibn Musa al-Harshi al-Basri , narrated to us al-Hasan ibn Salim ibn Salih al-'Ajli , narrated to us Thabit al-Bunani , from Anas ibn Malik who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever recites Idha Zulzilat, it equals half of the Qur'an for him. Whoever recites: Qul Ya Ayyuhal-Kafirun it equals a fourth of the Qur'an for him. And whoever recites: Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad it equals a third of the Qur'an for him.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2893Da'if (Darussalam)
. Abu 'Isa said: This is a strange hadith we do not know except from the hadith of this shaykh, al-Hasan ibn Salim , and in this chapter there is a report from Ibn 'Abbas (al-Tirmidhi al-Tirmidhi reported it uniquely, and there are no repetitions for this hadith). 7 - Narrated to us 'Ali ibn Hujr , informed us Yazid ibn Harun , informed us Yaman ibn al-Mughirah al-'Anazi , narrated to us 'Ata , from Ibn 'Abbas who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Idha Zulzilat is equal to half of the Qur'an, Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad is equal to a third of the Qur'an, and Yul Ya Ayyuhal-Kafirun is equal to a fourth of the Qur'an.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2894Da'if (Darussalam)

Abu 'Isa said: This is a strange hadith we do not know except from the hadith of Yaman ibn al-Mughirah (al-Tirmidhi al-Tirmidhi reported it uniquely, and there are no repetitions for this hadith). 8 - Narrated to us Muhammad ibn Marzuq al-Basri , narrated to us Hatim (Hatim) ibn Maymun Abu Sahl , from Thabit al-Bunani , from Anas ibn Malik , from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said:
Whoever recited Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad two hundred times everyday, fifty years worth of his sins will be removed - unless he owed a debt.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2898Da'if (Darussalam)
. And with this chain, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said:
Whoever wishes to sleep on his bed, let him sleep on his right side, then recite Qul huwa Allahu ahad one hundred times. When the Day of Resurrection comes, the Lord, Blessed and Exalted is He, will say to him: O My servant, enter Paradise on your right.
. Abu 'Isa said: This is a strange hadith from the hadith of Thabit from Anas , and this hadith has also been narrated from other chains from Thabit from (the Sunan of al-Tirmidhi ), and there are no repetitions for this hadith.

A 1: All the hadiths you mentioned are not authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), as indicated by al-Tirmidhi and other masters of hadith, except for two hadiths: the hadith:
Indeed there is a Surah in the Qur'an of thirty Ayat, which intercedes for a man until he is forgiven. It is [Surah] Tabarak Alladhi Biyadihil-Mulk.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2891Hasan (Darussalam)
. And the hadith:
it was the Prophet’s custom not to go to sleep till he had recited “ A. L. M The sending down,” (Qur’ān, 32) and “Blessed is He in whose hand is the kingdom.”
Mishkat al-Masabih 2155
. These are two acceptable hadiths, and a group of masters of hadith have strengthened them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
