The established words of the adhan from the Prophet

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 20619 )
Q2: The mu'adhdhin before the adhan recites this verse
And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims."وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ قَوْلا مِمَّنْ دَعَا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا وَقَالَ إِنَّنِي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
[Fussilat 41:33]
, and the adhan is repeated twice, twice, with the addition of "Hayya 'ala khayr al-'amal" (Come to the best of deeds), and likewise the iqamah is like the first adhan, repeated twice, twice.

A2: Nothing from the dhikr is said before the adhan, neither from the Qur'an nor from anything else; because this has not been reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it is obligatory to restrict oneself to the words of the adhan established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), which is the adhan of Bilal by which he used to call to prayer on behalf of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Madinah , and it consists of fifteen phrases: the takbir four times at the beginning, the testimony that there is no god but Allah twice, the testimony that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah twice, "Hayya 'ala al-salah" (Come to prayer) twice, "Hayya 'ala al-falah" (Come to success) twice, and after these, in the adhan for Fajr, he says "Al-salah khayrun min al-nawm" (Prayer is better than sleep) twice, the takbir twice, and "La ilaha illa Allah" (There is no god but Allah) once. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
