Q 3: There is a cat that constantly gives birth to kittens in our house , and they bother us with their kittens. We leave her and her kittens alone until the kittens grow up and become able to eat. At that point, they bring in leftover meat from the trash and dirty the house. At that time, I catch her kittens and put them in the farthest place I can find
a restaurant, the point being that I remove them from the house. Is there any blame in that, or is it a sin for me?
A 3 : It is permissible to do so in order to get rid of their annoyance, and there is no blame on you, if Allah wills. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
