Touching the body of a woman during recitation without a barrier

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q 3: Touching the body of a woman, such as her hand, forehead, or neck, directly without a barrier, on the pretext of applying pressure to the jinn inside her, especially since such touching is done by doctors in hospitals. What are the guidelines in this matter?
A 3 : It is not permissible for the ruqyah practitioner to touch any part of the body of the woman he is performing ruqyah on, due to the fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) involved in that. Rather, he should recite over her without touching her. There is a difference between the work of the ruqyah practitioner and the work of the doctor, because the doctor may not be able to treat except by
touching the area he wants to treat, unlike the ruqyah practitioner, whose work, which is recitation and blowing, does not depend on touching.
