The third question of Fatwa No. ( 7484 )
Q 3: What is the ruling on eating the slaughter of one who does not pray , and what is the ruling on eating the slaughter of one who fasts and prays but goes to sorcerers and slaughters for other than Allah ?
A 3: It is not permissible to eat from the slaughter of one who intentionally abandons prayer, even if he does not deny its obligation, according to the correct opinion of the scholars, because he is a disbeliever, and it is not permissible to eat
from the slaughters of fortune-tellers and sorcerers; because they are disbelievers by their claim to knowledge of the unseen and their slaughtering for the jinn, nor from one who goes to them and believes them or slaughters for other than Allah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
