The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19698 )
Q 2: A man who sometimes insults the religion in moments of anger, slaughters and sells meat, is his slaughtered meat permissible to eat? Knowing that he prays and fasts. Please give us a ruling, may Allah reward you.
A 2: One who insults the religion becomes an apostate from the religion of Islam, and his
slaughtered meat is not permissible, even if he prays and fasts, until he repents to Allah the Exalted with a valid repentance, and abandons this reprehensible statement that necessitates his apostasy from Islam. His prayer, fasting, and all his other acts of worship are invalid until he repents to Allah, the Exalted, with sincere repentance for what came from him. This is based on the saying of Allah, Mighty and Majestic:[Al-An'am 6:88] Surat al-An'am, verse 88, and the verses that come with the meaning of this verse. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
