Q1: A problem arose between me and my family, which is: beating the tabl while the men are listening, so what is the ruling?
A1 : It is not permissible, and the basis for this is that it is a form of amusement, so it is not permissible to do it, nor to listen to it. However, it is permissible to beat the duff to announce a marriage among women only. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
