A minor is not obligated to fulfill a vow

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 7073 )
Q2: I made a vow when I was about thirteen years old to slaughter a sheep if my sick camel recovered, and the camel did indeed recover. Am I obligated to fulfill this vow given that I was of this age when I made it?
A2: You are not obligated to fulfill this vow unless you had reached puberty at the time of the vow through wet dreams or the growth of coarse pubic hair. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
