Nursing once without need

Q: My wife nursed a child from our neighbors, but she did so without need and without my knowledge. She did not mention it until twelve years had passed, and she said that she nursed him only once, until he was full. The question is: Is that man considered a mahram (a relative one may not marry) to her and her children, such that he is permitted to enter the house with them in the absence of me or any of the close relatives?
This is, and peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.
A: If the matter is as stated, and the nursing was only once, then it does not make her forbidden, and the child mentioned is not considered a mahram to your women; for it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Ibn Hibban 17:14 , and it is established in the hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: “Among what was revealed in the Qur’an was: ‘Ten known breastfeedings make a woman forbidden,’ and then it was abrogated by: ‘Five known breastfeedings.’ The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away while the matter remained as such.” Know that a breastfeed (radha’ah) is when the child holds the breast and then sucks milk from it; if he leaves it and returns and sucks milk, that is a second breastfeed, and so on. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
