Al-Mukarrami’s Methodology in Hajj

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q15: The people of the Mukarrami methodology in Hajj do not perform Hajj except with one of the Mukarrami followers. And during the journey, they require every person making his first Hajj to offer a vow sacrifice, and they also oblige those with them to perform seven circuits of the House with the intention that it is the Tawaf of Women, not the Tawaf of 'Umrah or Hajj.
A15: Their claim that it is necessary for the pilgrim to be accompanied by one of the Mukarrami followers is a condition with no basis in truth; rather, it is an invalid condition that contradicts the pure Shari'ah. It must be rejected and not considered. However, every Muslim must understand his religion and know its rulings regarding Hajj and other matters, so that he performs his acts of worship, including Hajj and others, with knowledge; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
He upon whom Allah intends to bestow goodness, He confers upon him an insight in religionمن يرد الله به خيرًا يفقهه في الدين
Sahih Muslim 1037a
It is agreed upon as authentic. As for the request
of the Mukarrami on the Hajj road for every person performing Hajj for the first time to offer a vow sacrifice, and likewise his obligation for those with him to perform seven circuits of the House with the intention of the Tawaf of Women, all of this is religious innovation and has no validity in the religion of Allah. Rather, it is legislating a religion that Allah has not authorized. We ask Allah to guide everyone to the truth and correctness and to protect them from deviation and misguidance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
