Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first, second, and fourth questions of Fatwa No. ( 20116 )
Q 1: One of my brothers from the sons of Yemen , who is a close relative, and is the imam and khatib of the mosque of the village of al-Habiqi , which is one of the suburbs of Makkah al-Mukarramah , mentioned to me that there are in the biographies of Safi al-Din ibn Ahmad poetic verses, which are frequently recited in the city of Sabr in Yemen during festivals and birthdays , and they are:

Is this verse an act of shirk (associating partners with Allah) and a fabrication against Allah (Mighty and Majestic)?
A 1: What is mentioned in these verses contains a terrible exaggeration and a claim of sharing with Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) in His Throne and His dominion, and this is kufr (disbelief) against Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Therefore, it is not permissible to recite this poetry, and it must be prevented and denounced.
