Abundant Supplication to Allah and Persistence in It

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The twelfth question of the fatwa number ( 18452 )
Q 12: Is it not the case that abundant supplication to Allah and persistence in it , followed by the feeling of certainty that it will happen, is something that can actually occur?
A 12: It is prescribed for the Muslim to supplicate to Allah the Exalted, to increase in his supplication, to be humble, and to persist in it, for supplication is worship, as established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), in the hadith of al-Nu'man ibn Bashir (may Allah be pleased with them both), and He the Exalted said:
And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you."وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ
[Ghafir 40:60]
And He the Exalted said:
Call upon your Lord in humility and privately; indeed, He does not like transgressors.ادْعُوا رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ
[Al-A'raf 7:55]
The verses and hadiths in this meaning are numerous, and it is prescribed for the supplicant to have a good opinion of
his Lord and to hope for His response. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
