Bribing to perform the obligatory Hajj

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The seventh question of Fatwa number ( 4029 )
Q 7: Is it permissible to pay a bribe to perform the obligatory Hajj?
A 7: If the Muslim has already performed the obligatory Hajj, it is not permissible for him to pay a bribe to perform a voluntary Hajj. If he has not performed the obligatory Hajj and finds no way to perform it except by paying a bribe, a dispensation is granted to him in that, and it is forbidden for the one who is bribed to take it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
