Using the jinn to return injustices to their owners
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: A man who is oppressive gathered all his wealth from haram (forbidden) sources, from the wealth of people, including his brother whom he wronged by legal ruling. He took a check from him, and the court ruled against him with one year in prison and twenty-five thousand pounds. So he left the country because of that. Is it permissible to use the jinn to return injustices to their owners? May Allah reward you with good.
A3: It is not permissible to use the jinn to return the oppressor or anyone else; because this is seeking help from the Shayatins (devils) and is sorcery, and other types of invalid actions that compromise the creed. And the oppressed person should ask the authorities to return his rights and take action against him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
