Q 3: What is the ruling of Allah regarding one who slaughters at shrines and seeks aid and help from them in matters of benefit and harm?
A 3: Slaughtering at shrines is major shirk (associating partners with Allah), and whoever does that is cursed; for it is established from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 1978b The hadith.
Q 4: What is the ruling of Allah regarding one who eats from this slaughtered animal?
A 4: Whoever eats from this slaughtered animal is sinful; by His saying, the Exalted:[Al-Ma'idah 5:3] up to His saying: [Al-Ma'idah 5:3] Surat al-Ma'idah, verse 3. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood
حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُthose which are sacrificed on stone altars
وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ
