Q 3: A man had a daughter born with one of her eyes not fully open, and the doctors said: it is possible to perform an operation that would restore her eye to normality , and the people here have gone to two positions: 1 - Some see its permissibility, because it is not outside the scope of treatment. 2 - And some saw its impermissibility, because of what it contains of changing the creation of Allah. We want a decision in this matter, and success is from Allah.
A 3 : It is permissible to perform an operation on her so that her eye becomes normal, by the will of Allah; in accordance with
the generality of the hadith:Sunan Abi Dawud 3874Da'if (Al-Albani) , and in order to realize the benefit and avert the harm. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
