A 16: The method is what came in the Noble Qur'an. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:155-157] And what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned in his saying: Sahih Muslim 918b . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ (155) الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ (156) أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَIf any servant (of Allah) who suffers a calamity says:" We belong to Allah and to Him shall we return; O Allah, reward me for my affliction and give me something better than it in exchange for it," ' Allah will give him reward for affliction, and would give him something better than it in exchange.
ما من عبد تصيبه مصيبة فيقول: إنا لله، وإنا إليه راجعون، اللهم أجُرني في مصيبتي وأخلف لي خيرًا منها - إلا أَجَرَهُ الله تعالى في مصيبته، وأخلف له خيرًا منها
