He wishes to live alone in a house by himself

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 9075 )
Q: I am a married man, and I live in my father’s house with his family. My father, praise be to Allah, is at a high level of knowledge and understanding. Since I do not find stability or comfort in living with this family, I wish to separate from this family and live relying on Allah, then on myself, to care for my household with my own means and take responsibility before Allah, without abandoning my father or failing to be kind to him. My question is: Is there a sin on me if I leave living with my father and live in a house of my own?
A : If the situation is as you described, that you do not have stability or comfort in living with the family in your father’s house, then there is no sin on you in separating from the family in an independent house, in order to achieve comfort and stability. This is with fulfilling the rights of the parents, maintaining family ties, and not severing relations.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
