Exposing the 'awrah of a Muslim woman to a Muslim man for the purpose of treatment

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 9243 )
Q: What is the ruling of the Shari'ah regarding exposing the 'awrah of a Muslim woman to a Muslim man for the purpose of treatment , and what is the ruling of the Shari'ah regarding a male doctor examining a non-mahram woman by hand, touch, and other examination procedures ?
A: It is prescribed for a woman to be treated by a Muslim female doctor. If none is available, then by a non-Muslim woman. If no female doctor is available, she is treated by a Muslim male doctor out of dire necessity. If that is not possible, then by a non-Muslim male doctor. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
