A woman looking at the private parts of her disabled son

The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 20109 )
Q 4: My father was blessed with three sons who are disabled and suffer from intellectual disability, and this is a favor from Allah the Exalted that He bestows upon His believing servants, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. These three are my brothers, and as I mentioned to your eminence, they are naturally disabled and unable to serve themselves. Therefore, their mother attends to their service and cares for their food, drink, and clothing. However, they have now reached the age of maturity, and the eldest is 25 years old. Is it permissible for my mother to clean the body of my eldest brother and bathe him, since he does not know how to clean his body because he is intellectually disabled, which exposes her to seeing his private parts? And what is the ruling regarding me?
A 4: It is permissible for you to clean these disabled individuals by washing them and otherwise, but with covering their private parts and cleaning them from behind a barrier of clothing or the like, and with placing something on the hand, such as a sock or a wrap, to prevent it from becoming contaminated with impurity. You must do your utmost to ensure the care of these disabled individuals, and Allah does not waste the reward of one who does good.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
