Do they take charge of cleaning their disabled children?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 17639 )
Q 1: My father was blessed with three sons who are disabled and suffer from mental retardation, and this is a favor from Allah the Exalted that He bestows upon His believing servants, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. These three are my brothers, and as I mentioned to your eminence, they are disabled and unable to serve themselves. Therefore, their mother attends to their service and cares for their food, drink, and clothing. However, they have now reached the age of maturity, and the eldest is 25 years old. Is it permissible for my mother to clean his body, even though his organs are intact, but he is mentally retarded, given that this exposes her to seeing his private parts ? Is she sinful for doing so? Especially since she is compelled to do so in my absence, as I take over from her in helping my brothers with their bodily hygiene and other matters. We ask your eminence to inform us on this matter.
A 1: You are rewarded—may Allah will it—for what you do in serving these disabled individuals and cleaning them by washing and otherwise, but this must be done while covering their private parts and cleaning them from behind a barrier, and by placing a barrier on the hand, such as a sock or a wrap.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
