Q: We are a group of disabled men, as we are afflicted with quadriplegia, and we currently reside in one of the social care facilities established by our government (may Allah preserve it). The workers who serve us include some Muslims and some non-Muslims, and they are employed by the institution contracted by our government (may Allah strengthen it).
The question: Is it permissible for the non-Muslim workers to perform wudu' for us for the sake of prayer , in the case where the Muslim workers are occupied serving our other colleagues? Please issue a ruling, may Allah preserve you.

A: Wudu' is valid if it fulfills its conditions and obligations, but it is not permissible to bring a disbelieving worker to this land; because we are commanded to expel the Jews and the Christians from the Arabian Peninsula, and the same applies to all other disbelievers; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Two religions shall not remain in the Arabian Peninsulaلا يبقى في جزيرة العرب دينان
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 8:22
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
