Q3: What is the ruling in Islam regarding drinking Kina and beer; is it forbidden or lawful?
A3: If drinking a large amount of Kina or beer causes intoxication, then drinking a large amount and a small amount is forbidden; because it is khamr (intoxicants). And if drinking a large amount of it does not cause intoxication, then drinking
a small amount and a large amount is lawful; because it is not khamr; based on what is authentic from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1865Hasan (Darussalam) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
