Is it permissible for a woman to go out to nurse her mother?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 14042 )
Q2: An elderly woman, who knows no one due to her advanced age, is bedridden and has two daughters who take turns serving her at the house of one of their brothers. The husband of one of the daughters has passed away, and this daughter is observing her waiting period in her husband's house, not leaving it until the waiting period for widowhood ends. It causes her sister great harm to sit with their mother until her sister's waiting period ends, as she has young children and no one to look after them. Is it permissible for her sister to spend part of her waiting period with their mother in her brother's house, given that they are her mahram (a relative one may not marry), her brother and his children? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
A2: It is obligatory for a woman whose husband has died to observe her waiting period in her husband's house, and it is not permissible for her to go to her brother's house to nurse her mother before the waiting period for widowhood ends. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
