His father died and his uncle married his mother, so his uncle took him in and named him after himself

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: A Bedouin child whose father died, who did not carry a record of lineage, and whose mother married this child’s uncle. His uncle took him in, educated him, and obtained for him
a record of lineage bearing his own name, without mentioning the father’s name, and there is no issue regarding inheritance.
Is there any problem with this from the perspective of Islamic law?

A2: It is not permissible for him to be attributed to anyone other than his father, even if his uncle is his father’s full brother and his mother’s husband after his father, and even if his uncle raised and took him in, due to the generality of the texts from the Book and the Sunnah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
