Divorcing one of his two wives because he preferred the other

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 6239 )
Q2: I have married two women, and both treat me with kindness. Since both of them are carrying my child, and since I found myself
inclined toward one of them rather than the other, I divorced her—meaning the other one—out of fear of failing to be just between them.
And since this is the beginning of the appearance of injustice, what is the ruling on this in the Shari'ah, and what will suffice as expiation for it, if it is a sin?

A2: If the situation is as described, there is no blame on you for divorcing her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
