Q 2: A woman asks and says: that she intentionally aborted the fetus, and it had reached four months , but now she regrets it. What should she do, and what is her expiation? We ask for a reply. May Allah reward you with good.
A 2: It is obligatory for the woman who intentionally killed the fetus to repent to Allah the Exalted and seek His forgiveness; perhaps Allah will forgive her. She owes the blood money (diyah), which is: a slave or a slave woman, valued at one-tenth of the mother's blood money: (five camels), and its value in the current blood money is: five thousand riyals. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
