Abortion without her intention

The third question of Fatwa No. ( 18390 )
Q 3: My wife was taking birth control pills, but she was not taking them regularly, so she became pregnant without knowing it. When she visited the doctor, she went to the bathroom, and she says that a piece or clot of blood the size of a palm (hand) fell from her. After that, the doctor informed her that she had been pregnant and that she needed a cleaning procedure and had to be admitted to the hospital. My question is: Does my wife sin for this pregnancy and for her child, who was in his first month of life or in the first weeks of his life, considering that it fell in the bathroom and she was unable to catch it? May Allah reward you with good?
A 3: If your wife did not cause the miscarriage, she owes nothing.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
