The Wife’s Claim for Divorce

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 9309 )
Q2: If a man marries a wife and then dies, leaving her without having taken her for Hajj
and she marries another man, and after a period of time this wife dies, is it obligatory for her second husband to perform Hajj on her behalf? It was said that her Hajj is the responsibility of her first husband and not obligatory upon the second.

A2: It is not obligatory for her first husband or her second husband to perform Hajj or 'Umrah on her behalf. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
