Saving a woman from death: does this make her forbidden to him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 4789 )
Q2: If a person, may Allah permit it, is a girl or a woman, and then a person who was not her mahram (a relative one may not marry) arrives and saves her from any disaster, whether it is a fire, drowning, or something similar, where if he had not arrived she would have gone to the presence of her Lord, and after a period of time he goes to her wali (the bride's guardian) and asks for her hand, is this girl or woman permissible for him to marry or not?
A2: A person’s involvement in saving a woman from drowning, burning, or the like does not make her forbidden to him in any way, by the consensus of the Muslims, and it does not prevent him from marrying her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
