Q2: If an accident—may Allah forbid it—occurs on a road, and the driver is injured along with women in the vehicle, and he is unable to take them to a hospital or any other facility, is it permissible for me to take them, given that they are in a bad state and might expose themselves in front of me? Is it permissible or not?
A2: If the situation is as you described, it is permissible for you to assist them by taking them to the nearest hospital to their location or to their families, out of the necessity of preserving lives. You must preserve the covering of their awrah (parts of the body that must be covered) as much as you are able, to prevent fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) and to protect their honor. You must also inform their families when you hand them over to the hospital. You will receive a great reward for this. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
