Going Out to Visit Relatives and Neighbors

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The eleventh question of Fatwa No. ( 7484 )
Q1: What is the ruling on a woman leaving her home to visit her sister and the wives of her husband’s relatives, and the women of the neighbors, if their homes are next to hers, without her husband’s permission?
A1: She must not leave her husband’s home for such a purpose without his permission. If he gives her permission, she should go while observing the etiquettes of Islam, wearing the hijab, not wearing perfume, and adhering to all the other etiquettes of Islam that she should observe. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
