The Meaning of His Saying, "And they were amazed that a warner had come to them from among them... That is a far return"

The Shaykh :
(2) But they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, and the disbelievers say, "This is an amazing thing. (3) When we have died and have become dust بل عجبوا أن جاءهم منذر منهم فقال الكافرون هذا شيء عجيب أءذا متنا وكنا ترابا
[Qaf 50:2-3]
This means that we will return and live again after we have died and become dust. That is a far return. But Allah (Mighty and Majestic) indicated the possibility of that return through tangible, reasonable matters and known demonstrative proofs.
