The one who does not wear the hijab is considered a sinner

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 7623 )
Q3: What is the ruling in Islam regarding a woman who has been explained the virtues of the hijab
and the Islamic dress, but she refuses to respond by wearing this Islamic attire, claiming as an excuse the fear of committing an act that would bring disrepute to the Islamic dress and to the women who wear it? This doubt arose in her because she has a colleague who wears the Islamic dress, but whose behavior often does not align with this attire. It is known that this refusing woman is a student in the Faculty of Medicine who mixes with men, and she was required to be modest.

A3: A woman who has been shown the ruling on the Shari'ah hijab and its characteristics, but refuses to respond, is considered a sinner for that. A woman who wears the Islamic dress but commits disobedience is considered obedient in wearing the Islamic dress and a sinner for the disobedience that came from her. Her violation of her Islamic dress is not an excuse for others to abandon it. It is obligatory to continue advising both of them regarding what contradicts the pure Shari'ah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
