If a woman refuses to wear the hijab, what should the husband do?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: In some countries, the hijab of the Muslim woman is rare. A man married a Muslim woman, and she was not willing to wear the hijab. Should he divorce her, or what should he do? And another Muslim man married a woman from the People of the Book, and she was also not willing to wear the hijab. What is the ruling?
A3: A woman who refuses to cover her 'awrah (the part of the body that must be covered) from non-mahram men is considered disobedient to her husband and in violation of the Shari'ah (Islamic sacred law). Her husband should advise her to wear the prescribed hijab. If she does not respond to him,
he should divorce her, whether she is Muslim or from the People of the Book, in order to avoid what is wrong and to protect the family from a source of evil. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
