The Shaykh : The ruling for this period during which you cohabited with your wife before you committed disbelief, if you were ignorant, is that you owe nothing, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] Then Allah the Exalted said: And if you were not ignorant, then you have sinned, and you must repent to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and seek forgiveness frequently.
