Treating one's spouse with kindness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This is a woman who mentions that she is married and states that she has many children,And you say: her husband married before her and after her, and she is over forty years old. She says: My husband is bad in his treatment, his character is harsh, and he treats me with the worst treatment. He falls short in my rights and does not fulfill any request of mine, even if it is trivial. And when he comes to my bed, he says to me: I have intercourse with you not out of love for you, but out of fear of Allah. And you say: I hate him and my soul is disgusted by him. When he comes wanting me, I push him away. He does not even want me to share food with him. So, is there any sin on me for that, and is there any sin on him for what he does? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good?

There is no doubt that it is obligatory for the spouses to treat each other with kindness, as Allah the Exalted said:
And live with them in a manner that is good.وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
[Al-Nisa: 19] What you have described about your husband is not treating with kindness. She has the right to withhold her right from him, just as he withheld her right from her. However, I advise her to be patient, to seek reward from Allah, and to wait for relief from Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Everything has a duration. This is what I see regarding him. As for if she wants to realize and take her right from him,So, as I said: whoever neglects the right of his wife, she has the right to neglect his right to the extent that he neglected her right;Because Allah said:
And live with them in a manner that is good.وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
[Al-Nisa: 19] .
