Q: Do women pray the Friday prayer and the funeral prayer here with us, as they used to pray them in the Haram?
A: It is permissible for women to pray in the mosques, provided that they are covered,
not displaying their adornment and not wearing perfume, and that they are behind the men, not in front of them, and not in the same rows as them. It is also permissible for women to pray over the funeral in the mosque, just as men do. What is prohibited for them is visiting the graveyards, as established by the Sunnah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
