Does a man who does not enforce hijab on his wife and daughters leave the religion?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 2767 )
Q3: Is a Muslim who does not enforce hijab on his wife, nor on his daughters likewise, considered a true Muslim?
A3: A woman’s hijab is obligatory, and leaving it is a sin on the part of the woman, and on the part of her guardian who is able to enforce hijab on her. If he is lax in this matter while having the ability, he is considered sinful for it and deficient in faith, but he does not become a disbeliever.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
