Q2: Is it permissible for me to have intercourse with my wife who is nine months pregnant if I fear committing zina, or is it not? And if I do so, is there a sin on me or not?
A2: The husband may have intercourse with his wife while she is pregnant until she gives birth, and there is no sin on him for doing so, because the original ruling is that she is lawful to him, and nothing has been found in the Shari'ah that necessitates deviating from this. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
