When a man comes to his wife while she is pregnant, does he recite this dhikr?

The Shaykh : Whether she is pregnant or not... go ahead, ask.

The Shaykh : Pregnant? This is actually a very pertinent question. It asks: if a man comes to his wife while she is pregnant, does he recite this dhikr or not, because the child may have already developed? We say the best is to recite it, because Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Intercourse increases the pregnancy in its hearing, sight, and strength". For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, then he does not levy his water on someone else's child. من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يسقي ماءه زرع غيره
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1131Hasan (Darussalam)
This hadith indicates that the fetus benefits from intercourse, and therefore he should recite it.
