The wife does not find affection with her husband

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa number ( 7849 )
Q3: A woman married a man whom she thought was of good religion and character, but afterwards she did not find with him the tranquility, affection, and peace that are the purpose of marriage. If she continues with him, she will be forced to abandon many of the obligatory acts. Also, if she seeks divorce, she has no one to provide for her, so she will be forced to work outside the home, which involves free mixing with foreign men. What should she do?
A3: She should fear Allah, be patient, and obey him in what is right. It is not permissible for her to obey him in sins. Allah will make a way out for her, as He the Exalted said:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect.وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا (2) وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَحْتَسِبُ
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
If she fears for her religion and cannot endure staying with him for a period, because he forces her to leave what Allah has made obligatory upon her or to do what Allah has forbidden, she should ask him for a divorce or for him to adhere to the law of Allah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
