If you stop spending the night with her, does her right to a share of the nights lapse?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question. Fatwa number ( 7370 )
Q3: I have a wife who is mentally ill, and she has not treated me as I would like. I took another wife to serve me and my children, and I allocated her a share of the nights for lodging, but she sleeps with her children in one room and leaves me alone in her room. Is there any sin on me if I do not allocate her a share, given that she has not responded to me?
A3: If the situation is as you described, that you allocated her a share and she refused
to stay with you in her room and left you alone in it, then there is no sin on you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
