Q3: Does a woman have the right to refuse her husband’s command if he desires the bed from her, and what is the ruling if her refusal is merely out of stubbornness?
A3: It is not permissible for the wife to refuse her husband’s command if he desires the bed from her, except for a valid excuse accepted by the Shari'ah, such as menstruation, for example. In (al-Sahihayn), from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Sahih Muslim 1436a And in a wording of al-Bukhari Bulugh al-Maram 8:66 and Muslim Sahih Muslim 1436c . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

إذا باتت المرأة هاجرة فراش زوجها لعنتها الملائكة حتى ترجعWhen a man calls his wife to come to his bed (for marital relations), and she refuses to come, and he spends the night in anger, the angels curse her till the morning.
إذا دعا الرجل امرأته إلى فراشه فأبت أن تجيء لعنتها الملائكة حتى تصبحthe One Who is in the heaven is displeased with her until he (her husband) is pleased with her
كان الذي في السماء ساخطا عليها حتى يرضى عنها
