Entering Makkah without performing 'Umrah
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 3318 )
Q2: I performed 'Umrah three days after Ramadan, and three days after my 'Umrah, I accompanied some people who were performing 'Umrah, and I entered the Haram without entering the state of ihram for 'Umrah . Do I owe anything or not?
A2: If you did not intend to perform 'Umrah on your second trip, but rather intended only to accompany those people to the Haram so they could perform 'Umrah, then you owe nothing. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
