Q 7: Is it permissible for the parents to dispose of wealth if it was gifted to their children, whether it is in kind or cash?
A 7: That is permissible in case of need, provided there is no harm to the child; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Ibn Majah 2290Sahih (Darussalam) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
